The Equal Development project presented a unique comprehensive application for monitoring opportunities in public procurement
In the past 3 years, over 140 billion kuna worth of services, goods and works have been purchased through public procurement, which is about 18 percent of Croatia’s annual GDP. About 23,000 contracts are concluded with suppliers annually, while on average about 100 new sales opportunities are launched daily. All this should encourage entrepreneurs to enter the public procurement market as a bidder, and the application developed by PJR’s public procurement experts will certainly help them in this.
The application is named ma.te.a after the initials of its main functions ma – mapping (procurement plans), and – tenders (public tenders), and – analysis (contract registers)
This means that it contains in one place public procurement plans, registers of concluded contracts, daily announcements of open procedures, simple procurements, concessions and appeals, with special monitoring and business analysis of the company’s performance as a bidder, but also their main competitors.
ma.te.a is the most complete tool for the realization of numerous opportunities for the sale of goods, services and works to contracting authorities, because it shows the opportunities of yesterday-today-tomorrow.
“When creating this new service in the PJR offer, the primary focus was on popularizing and facilitating navigation in the public procurement market where there are many opportunities for entrepreneurs. Users of the ma.te.a application will have the opportunity to individually display and monitor their interests through a modern, visually pleasing and intuitive interface – with all the useful analytics that can help them be as successful as possible providers. We believe that in ma.te.ai many will find an irreplaceable sales assistant who provides a lot of useful information, so the motto #mateazna imposed itself, “said Ana Fresl, director of PJR.
