The App Store.

Good news for developers building apps for Apple’s operating systems and selling their goods through the App Store. It makes it easier for developers to let apps change owners. This way you can easily transfer an app to a developer who takes over.
As a developer, you may find yourself in a situation where you have to or want to give your app to another developer. Previously, that was quite a hassle and you had to jump through a lot of hoops to get it done. But now Apple is announcing that this particular process has been made easy for developers.
Transfer apps via App Store
It is now possible for developers to give apps to each other (making them the new owner) via iCloud. The condition is that both developers are active members of the Apple Developer Program. This can also be useful for developers who are now working on a different App Store account.

When you transfer the data from the app to another developer account, it is good to know exactly what you are transferring. Think of iCloud user data, iCloud containers and KVS identifiers that are linked to the app. Once the other account accepts the offer, the transition starts.
Your app doesn’t have to disappear
The beauty of this process is that your app doesn’t have to disappear from the App Store. You can arrange this process completely behind the scenes, without users being directly affected. It is also true that your app does not suddenly disappear from all kinds of lists within the digital download store of the company from Cupertino.
Users also continue to have access to future updates, while you as a (potentially new) developer do not lose the reviews and ratings. Furthermore, the app also does not lose its Bundle ID.
