Insider: Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 will be a visual disappointment
We recently learned that Samsung will no longer re-launch the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic as the Galaxy Watch 5 Classic. The most important feature of this smartwatch was a rotating bezel. Both the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will do without it. The Pro model in particular is not supposed to look particularly nicesays a well-known insider who has probably already seen the watch:

The comparison with the Apple Watch 7 in particular should not flatter the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Apple has recently made the frames around the screen much smaller, giving you almost a full-surface display. Samsung is said not to have done that well with the new smartwatch.

On August 10, 2022, Samsung is scheduled to hold an unpacked event where both the Galaxy Watch 5 and the new folding phones Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 will be officially presented. However, as the insider claims, the smartwatch will be revealed beforehand by a leak. So the next few weeks will be exciting.
