Microsoft Teams offers a variety of options for video conferencing and communication, and could soon offer video games as well.

Namely, as The Verge finds out, Microsoft has started testing games like Solitaire, Connect 4 and Wordament within Teams, all with the purpose of relaxing and entertaining business colleagues before or after the meeting.

It is, therefore, a video game from Microsoft Casual Games offers, which will supposedly improve the experience of using Teams and frequent “meetings” in a hybrid or remote mode. The company, however, declined to comment on these rumors, so more details are not known.

Although many have returned to offices and schools, Microsoft continues to continuously add features to Teams with telecommuting in mind. Also, this testing of video games confirms that they want to move away from the impression that Teams is a boring platform intended exclusively for work or online schooling.
