“It is important to us that our people have excellent working conditions and that they are truly satisfied with the working environment and atmosphere. That’s why in Qu we track a lot of indices of how engaged, happy and fulfilled people are. We also offer attractive benefits and over 30 benefits, which shows employees that their loyalty is appreciated. The fact that Q is ahead of companies such as Google and Apple in terms of employee satisfaction proves to us that the effort we have invested is really worth it “, said Qa CEO Filip Ljubić.
The eNPS indicator that puts Q ahead of tech giants is measured by Peakon, one of the world’s leading companies for measuring employee engagement and satisfaction. Also, the same company Q ranked in the top 5 percent of IT companies in the world in terms of employee satisfaction.
The eNPS measurement system classifies employees into three categories – promoters, passive and unmotivated, based on the likelihood that they will recommend the organization as a good place to work. As many as 86 percent of Qa employees belong to the group of promoters, 12 percent are passive, and only 2 percent are unmotivated, which testifies to the extremely high level of satisfaction in the domestic IT company.
Employee satisfaction has also contributed to the numerous awards Q has won.
