Strong growth in public procurement in May 2022. | ICT Business | TechBuzz

Thanks to a large contract for the supply of Microsft licenses for the state for a period of three years, this May brought an increase in the value of public procurement by as much as 56 percent and the value of contracted work last month stopped at 514.63 million kuna. To this should certainly be added a large contract for the Croatian Health Insurance Institute and eHZZO, which added another 56.98 million kuna to the total value. If you look at the growth compared to the previous month this year, it can be seen that the contracted jobs are higher by as much as 141 percent.

According to Tenderi.hr, the total estimated value of tenders for which the concluded contract for May 2022 was published reached HRK 606.59 million, an increase of 36 percent compared to the same month last year. If you look at the growth compared to April 2022, the growth is even more impressive and amounts to as much as 146 percent.

As for the biggest winners in May this year in IT public procurement, the first place is occupied by the bidding communities, namely Span and Combis for the already mentioned Microsoft contract worth a total of HRK 268.94 million. In second place is again the community of providers si to ATOS I Solutions and Services and Nextsense for HZZO. In third place is Comping with HRK 39.93 million.

When looking at suppliers according to the number of won tenders, King ICT is in first place with 12 tenders, followed by S&T Croatia with 7 tenders, and Infokom is in third place with 6 tenders.

Among the contracting authorities, the Central State Office for Central Public Procurement is in first place with HRK 341.3 million, followed by the Croatian Health Insurance Fund with HRK 81.95 million and the Croatian Air Navigation Services with HRK 27.8 million.

Among the contracting authorities in terms of the number of tenders, FINA is in first place with 8 tenders, and the City of Zagreb and HZZO share second and third place with 6 tenders each.
