The Last of Us Remake contains the main adventure and the Left Behind expansion.
Almost ten years after its arrival on PS3, The Last of Us will return with a remake on PS5. Rochelle Snyder, communication manager at the American studio Naughty Dogexplains how the title was recreated for the next-gen: “Thanks to technical and material progress, we have been able to push the limits of visual fidelity and interactivity. We’ve modernized the gameplay, improved the controls, and added accessibility options to this single-player experience so that as many people as possible can enjoy it. Effects, exploration, and combat have also been improved. We harness the full power of PS5 with 3D audio, haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Longtime fans and newcomers alike will have the opportunity to experience or rediscover The Last of Us in a whole new way. To bring this remake to life, Neil Druckmann passed the torch to game director Matthew Gallant and creative director Shaun Escayg.”
