Realme has announced the arrival of several smartphones in France, including one in the colors of the famous Dragon Ball Z manga. The one that interests us in this article, on the other hand, is a better equipped model: the Realme GT Neo 3. It has everything flagship killer, both in terms of features and performance. The brand even announces an amazing fast charge, since it only takes 5 minutes to recover 50% battery.

The Realme GT Neo 3 is available in two variants: an 80 W version at 599 euros and another of 150 W at 699 euros. For the launch, both have a reduction of 50 euros with free Buds Air 3 Nitro Blue wireless headphones (worth 99 euros). But at the time of writing, only Cdiscount offers the 150 W version with this offer mentioned above.

Realme GT Neo 3: the brand’s new flagship killer

There are therefore two models for the Realme GT Neo 3. The only difference is that one offers a 5,000 mAh battery with 80 W charging while the other has a 4,500 mAh accumulator with a climbing charging system. this time up to 150W. In any case, it’s very fast to gain percentages stealthily, but the 150W version can boast of taking the smartphone from 0% to 50% in just 5 minutes. That of 80 W does not have to blush either, since it can reach 100% in just 32 minutes, according to the manufacturer.

The autonomy of the GT Neo 3 can easily be more than a day with moderate use, but what we especially appreciate is Realme’s desire to preserve the health of your battery thanks to a special algorithm of temperature management. According to the brand, their batteries will retain 80% of their capacity after 1,000 charge cycles, which is a good improvement over current standards, which are more around 800 cycles.

For the rest, the two variants offer the same technical sheet, starting with the integration of 8 or 12 GB of RAM with the Dimensity 8100 from MediaTek. It is a chip engraved in 5 nm, clocked at 2.85 GHz and supposed to be at the level of the premium SoCs of last year, between the Snapdragon 870 and 888 from Qualcomm. On paper, it’s a real powerhouse, which scores higher than the iPhone 13 Pro or the Samsung Galaxy S22 on the benchmarks. With such a configuration, you will simply be able to run the most demanding games on the Play Store in the highest graphic quality without slowdowns, and even without feeling any heat in your fingers thanks to the good cooling system of the phone.

You will also have noticed the very distinctive design of the Realme GT Neo 3, with a neon blue color on the back accompanied by two vertical white stripes for a look Viper assumed. These bands are disrupted at the bottom by the name and slogan of the brand, as well as at the top by the presence of the photo module equipped with a main sensor of 50 megapixels (the Sony IMX766), an ultra wide-angle sensor 5 megapixel and a 2 megapixel macro sensor. The larger lens provides very satisfactory results in most situations, the same for the ultra wide-angle, but it is clear that the photos in portrait mode are largely perfectible. You can then admire your photos and any other video or content on your smartphone in the best possible way with the 6.7-inch AMOLED screen displaying Full HD + definition and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is even HDR10 + compatible, but the only thing we blame him for is his lack of brightness and colors (compared to the competition).
