Since Google announced that the company wants to bring Android tablets back into focus, more and more tablets have been introduced. This is also the case with Honor. The Pad 8 was first unveiled in China, but would also be a great candidate for Germany. Because the new Android tablet is big and cheap.

Honor Pad 8: 12-inch tablet for 220 euros

Big tablets usually cost a lot of money. We saw that with Apple with the iPad Pro 12.9, but also with Samsung with the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus (test) or Tab S8 Ultra. Although the Galaxy Tab S7 FE is currently cheaper at 400 euros (see Amazon), it still costs a lot. This is exactly where the Honor Pad 8 comes into play. This only costs the equivalent of 220 euros and has a 12-inch display (Source: Weibo).

Technically, the Honor Pad 8 is quite convincing. The display has a resolution of 2,000 x 1,200 pixels, a Snapdragon 680 processor is used, which has up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory. The battery measures 7,250 mAh and can be recharged with 22.5 watts. Nevertheless, that is Android tablet is only 6.9 mm thin and weighs just over 500 grams. The operating system is Android 12. A total of eight speakers that support DTS:X Ultra should ensure good sound. Perfect for watching or playing movies and series.

Honor has already made a good start with the Magic 4 Pro:

Is the Honor Pad 8 coming to Germany?

That is the big question that cannot currently be answered. Honor has only presented the Pad 8 in China so far. However, since the company would also like to gain market share in Germany following the split from Huawei, it would only make sense to bring this tablet onto the market here. Inexpensive models usually have a 10-inch display. With the larger display and low price, Honor could stand out.
