Another well-known poaching around the Apple Car project. After Ford and Tesla, Apple is said to have poached a Lamborghini manager. At least that’s what Bloomberg reports today. Specifically, it is Luigi Taraborrelli. He worked for the luxury car manufacturer for over 20 years.

According to Linkedin, Luigi Taraborrelli was head of the chassis and vehicle dynamics department. He is said to have worked on the Ursus, Huracan and the Aventador. He joined the company in 2001, then left in May 2022. Bloomberg believes he could influence the design of a potential Apple car.
If and when Apple will ever bring a car onto the market is unclear, but the efforts in this area are undisputed. Just yesterday we reported on an enormous number of protective briefs that Apple has submitted in this area.
