Although OnePlus announced some time ago that there will be no more T models, now we know that they will. The OnePlus 10T will see its official presentation on August 3, i.e. in about a week.
We have already seen that it will not get a sound profile switch on the side and found out why. We also saw that it will not have Hasselblad branding on the back.
It is the first OnePlus flagship model without that switch on the side, which is their kind of trademark in the Android camp.
It is also the first OnePlus model from the top segment with a selfie camera in the middle, instead of in the upper left corner.
It will be a 16MP selfie camera with EIS stabilization, and from the detailed specifications we learn the rest of the key features:
- Display: 6.7-inch 120Hz Fluid AMOLED
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
- RAM: 8/12GB
- Storage: 128/256GB
- Battery: 4,800mAh / 150W charging
- Cameras: 50MP / 8MP ultrawide / 2MP macro / 16MP selfie
- Software: OxygenOS 12 with Android 12
- Colors: Jade Green/Moonstone Black
It is known that the main camera on the back will be equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX766 with OIS stabilization. It will also have an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro camera.
I believe most will be most pleased with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 power chip with up to 16GB of RAM in some regions and 150W charging. It should drain its 4600mAh battery to the limit in an hour.
Here is a high-resolution render of the device. We know that it will be offered in Moonstone Black and Jade Green shades.
