ReversingLabs continues to strengthen the ranks to support accelerated growth
DeShields has more than 25 years of industry experience and will lead global strategic initiatives related to employees, with an emphasis on career and competency development and fostering an authentic culture. He will report to the director and co-founder of ReversingLabs, Marij Vuksan.
“ReversingLabs is growing strongly due to its successes in detecting sophisticated threats to enterprises from the software supply chain. I join the team in a period of great momentum; I look forward to working together to support quality growth,” said Kathleen DeShields.
“The key to achieving our long-term goals will be preserving our culture. It is based on a great commitment to innovation and solving real problems that plague organizations. We do this through the superior engineering knowledge that exists at ReversingLabs,” added Kathleen DeShields-
DeShields has experience leading all aspects of human resources in a wide range of organizations, from small software startups to large Fortune 500 corporations. In her previous jobs, she helped manage the business successfully through periods of rapid growth. She graduated from Connecticut, USA.
“We are delighted to welcome Kathleen to the team. In her previous work, she has shown that she can consistently attract and nurture talents in the field of new technologies and cyber security, and support companies in periods of rapid growth,” said Mario Vuksan.
Since the beginning of the year, ReversingLabs has employed more than 50 people in Croatia and the USA. About half of the new employees are engineers in the development and innovation center in Zagreb.
“Due to the growth of the organization, some teams in Zagreb were expanded and new ones were established. New positions were also introduced. For years, our core programmers have been made up of highly qualified experts who deal with the most complex problems of engineering practice. It is not rare that the solutions they come up with are the first of their kind, because the problems they face are completely new, that is, no one has solved them before. Due to the huge amount of data we work with, the type of data, and the high scalability, our employees are often in a situation where they need to look at and investigate a previously unknown problem and then decide on the direction of the implementation, which will probably be the first of its kind,” said Maja. Vučetić Ivković, human resources coordinator in Zagreb.
