Samsung is running out of surprises for 10.8. – SmartphoneCroatia | TechBuzz

Samsung announced the new Galaxy Unpacked for 10.8. and hinted that new flippers are coming. The upcoming Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 now also confirm on the official renders that there will be no major redesign.

In reality, Samsung has nothing to radically change in terms of the design of its Galaxy Z flip phones. It remains for them to continue to develop the protection of the flexible screen, so that it is more resistant and less plastic under the fingers.

There is probably still room for improvement in the hinge, which makes all of this possible. The biggest challenge is probably the bend in the screen, which I can hardly solve with this concept.

For those who are most bothered by that bend, the Huawei Mate X series is a better choice, especially the latest Mate Xs 2.

Anyway, well-known leakster Evan Blass has published what appears to be official renders of the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 flippers. They show the devices practically from all angles, so Samsung doesn’t have many surprises left for that 10.8.

Both Galaxy Z flips from Samsung will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chip. The Galaxy Z Flip4 again gets two cameras on the back, and the Galaxy Z Fold4 three. The latter, like its predecessor, will also support the S Pen.
