In the Event of the Year category, Future Tense received 7.80 points and thus finished in second place, and as the international jury decided not to award gold, the conference organized by PR agency Communication Laboratory won bronze.
The international jury consisted of marketing, PR and design experts from Lithuania, Estonia, Iceland, Namibia and Croatia.
“It looks like everything is very well organized and done, and I can also see that the audience interacted with the robot. I think it was a lot of fun,” said Gerður Huld Arinbjarnardóttir, founder and CEO of Blush from Iceland.
Future Tense is a B2B conference that took place in Zagreb on June 8 and 9, 2022, with the theme of the future of business. Six world-renowned futurologists held lectures for more than 500 visitors. The futurologists who participated in the conference were Mike Bechtel, Daria Krivonos, Daniel Susskind, Mike Walsh, Anne Lise Kjaer and Ian Yeoman.
“We are proud of this year’s Future Tense and we are very glad that our efforts were recognized and rewarded. It is a great honor to be among the great European projects within Baltic Best”, said Manuela Šola, director of the Communication Laboratory, one of the leading PR agencies in Croatia.
Future Tense 2022 was held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and the Economy and Sustainable Development, and with the support of the Danish Embassy and the Finnish Embassy in Zagreb.
