According to the site “9to5Google”, Samsung would offer a Bespoke edition of the Galaxy Z Flip 4, allowing to customize the colors.
Next week, Samsung will finally tell us more about its next folding smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4. The Korean manufacturer must indeed present its new phones at an event organized on Wednesday August 10.
Until then, the firm continues to raise expectations and disseminate some clues, sometimes by mistake. The website 9to5Google reports that the UK version of Samsung’s assurance site has uploaded a list of colors offered for the Galaxy Z Flip 4. This list shows four main colors — blue, purple, graphite and rose gold — and two capacities of storage: 128 and 256 GB.
Above all, in addition to these four shades, we could discover on the page, finally withdrawn, that Samsung was once again going to allow users to personalize the color of their Galaxy Z Flip 4 with an edition “Bespoke“. This customization will allow users to choose the color of several elements of the phone, whether it is the front surface, the metallic color of the edges or the surface on the back. According to the page put online by Samsung, these are 71 different color combinations that should be made available when the smartphone is released.
It must be said that in addition to the black, silver or gold borders, users will have the choice between five shades for each additional element of the smartphone: green, navy blue, red, yellow or white.
A Bespoke version already offered on the Galaxy Z Flip 3
This won’t be the first time Samsung is expected to offer a Bespoke edition of its folding smartphone. In addition to refrigerators, the Korean manufacturer already offered Galaxy Z Flip 3 owners to customize their appearance. This was also the case for its Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic watches.
As a reminder, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is expected for August 10. The smartphone should benefit from a slightly revised format, lower and wider. It would also carry a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and a less marked bend under the finger once the device is unfolded. The smartphone should be presented at the same time as the Galaxy Z Fold 4, but also with the company’s next watches and headphones, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.
