Headset with the best noise reduction
Bose claims the new buds offer the best noise reduction on the market, and that includes both in-ear and over-ear models.
Also included in the package is CustomTune sound calibration. Every time you put the earbuds in, they play a special tone that measures the acoustic response of the ear canal, and can thus tailor the sound and noise reduction to that particular person’s hearing.
Bose also has two silicone tips, one in the in-ear part and another that sits against the outer ear and thus helps to make the earbuds sit well and close tightly. Each earbud has four microphones, three of which are located on the outside.
ActiveSense is another of the new features. It is Bose’s version of transparency mode, which utilizes the powerful hardware and Bose’s sound algorithms.

Lacks multi-point pairing
The new QC Earbuds II have Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and are waterproof with an IPX4 rating. However, they don’t have multi-point pairing, which should be given the price and also if Bose wants people to use the headset for work.
Battery life is stated to be six hours in the earbuds themselves and a further 18 hours in the charging case. You charge them using USB-C in the case.
