Until the moment we run into health problems – then we would give anything to improve our health. Therefore, health is not worth risking for anything.
Each of our daily (in)activity somehow affects our health
The fact is that everything we do or don’t do every day it somehow affects our health. For example, if we sit hunched over the computer all day – we harm our health. If we go for a walk – we contribute to our health. If we eat quality food, we contribute to our health, if we drink low-quality drinks, we harm our health. Everything we do every day improves or helps our health.
The fact is that we must not take health for granted – especially because everything we do somehow affects our health. Unfortunately, many of us take health too lightly and every day they risk their health in an attempt to achieve some other life goals. Of course, we cannot protect our health completely because then we miss out on all the charms that life brings us. Therefore, digital work leaves traces on health in the long term – especially if you don’t take care of your health outside of working hours.
On the other hand, we have digital projects that can be a relatively great source of income, with minimal effort after a while. For example, we can work painstakingly on digital projects for 5 years and then reduce the number of working hours to a minimum and pay more attention to health. But, has irreversible damage been done to your health? It probably is. Always, regardless of digital projects and various obligations – you must find time for your health.
Be active and increase your productivity
Various studies around the world have shown that daily physical activity – positively contributes to your health. Whether you walk or run for one hour every day, whether you go to the gym or play football with friends, or swim in the pool or the sea – all this significantly contributes to improving your health. Daily activity is very important – especially if you are engaged in a sedentary job.
Interestingly, research has shown that physical activity is not a waste of valuable time at the expense of workbut that with regular physical activity you become more motivated and creative in your work. Physical activity relieves you of stress and tension and puts you in a position to achieve better and more successful results. Of course, always with physical activity you can also introduce some additional innovations to your home office (e.g. standing desk or treadmill under the desk) – to move your body during working hours. Take care of your health and take care of your fitness – because your health is your most important resource, without which nothing can be achieved.
