On the e-Citizens portal, the functionality of the ePorezna and e-Diary services for parents has been improved
New functionalities enable taxpayers to register and use services for business entities in which they are legal representatives, as well as grant and update authorizations. Also, accounting services and other authorized representatives can now use mPorezna services for taxpayers for whom they have been granted authorization.
The number of services on the e-Citizens portal is currently 104 and we are continuously working through the implementation of new projects and through the foreseen digitalization processes to establish new services.
Among the most used services are ePorezna and e-Dnevnik for parents, and from this week you can download the student status certificate from the e-Dnevnik application on the e-Citizens portal. With this e-service, it is possible to issue certificates on the current status of education for primary and secondary school students.
Registration is done with AAI (system authentication and authorization infrastructure) identity (for students, the data you use to enter the e-Diary for parents) or access data in the e-Citizens system (parents via ePass username and password, bank tokens or mobile applications, smart card, electronic identity cards – eOI, etc.)
The number of unique users on the e-Citizens portal is close to 1.7 million, while the total number of applications exceeds 108 million, which actually means that so many times fewer citizens went to a counter and collected or brought various certificates and papers.
