Many will agree that in the last year and a half, OnePlus has lost a little. One of the founders of the brand left the company, and those who remained did not do well, since OnePlus did not offer us anything worthy of special attention with the last series of products.
However, it seems that at the beginning of next year, things will change, that is, they will return to the old way. Namely, with the OnePlus 11 Pro, the company should bring some liveliness to this already boring market.
According to the first rumors, or information leaks, the new model, which should appear at the beginning of the year, should bring 100W fast charging, which will raise the overall usability of the device to a higher level. In addition, the OnePlus 11 Pro should be one of the first smartphones in the world to be powered by a new generation processor, i.e. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The amount of RAM accompanying the processor should be up to 16 GB, while the internal memory will reportedly remain at 128 and 256 GB variants.
As for the cameras, there shouldn’t be any major surprises, as a 48MP primary sensor with 2x or 3x optical zoom is expected. Anything more than that is apparently still reserved for Samsung and Huawei.
The mentioned 100W fast charging should serve a 5000 mAh battery, but we still don’t have data on the charging speed. However, considering that it is about a power of even 100W, we assume that the charging time from 0 to 100% will not exceed about 20 minutes.
